Miss Universe Romania 2020 is Bianca Tirsin


Bianca Lorena Tirsin was officially named Miss Universe Romania 2020 on Tuesday, December 1 in a special announcement that aired on Romanian TV channel Antena Stars.

The 21-year-old model and business administration student from Arad will represent her country at the 69th Miss Universe pageant to be held next year possibly in the USA.

Miruna Alexandra Doldor, Pălimariu Diana Nicole, and Ada-Maria Ileana were the runners-up while Cristina Brudiu was named Miss Popularity Romania 2020.

The new Miss Universe Romania is no stranger to pageantry. She placed second runner-up at Miss Supranational 2017 in Poland and third runner-up at Miss International 2018 in Japan.

Romania is yet to have its first placement at Miss Universe. The country debuted at the international competition in 1991 with Daniela Nane.

Miss Universe Philippines 2025, the 6th edition of the annual Miss Universe Philippines pageant will be held this May at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Sixty-nine contestants representing various municipalities, cities, and provinces of the Philippines will compete for a chance to represent the country at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Miss Alabama USA 2024 is Diane Westhoven

Miss Southern Plains, Diane Westhoven was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024 during the state final on Saturday, June 1 at Auburn University's Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center. The 21-year-old student from Birmingham will now prepare to represent Alabama at Miss USA 2024 this summer in Hollywood, California. Stephany Abasali, a 24-year-old economics student representing Anzoátegui, bested 22 other contestants to be crowned Miss Universe Venezuela 2024.
