Miss Earth Venezuela crowned representatives for Miss Earth 2021 and 2022

Two new Miss Earth Venezuela titleholders were announced in a special event held at Globovisión studio in Caracas on Friday, October 15.

A 28-year-old model, anthropologist, and veterinary assistant, María Daniela Velasco, was named Miss Earth Venezuela 2021 while a 24-year-old dentistry student, Elizabeth Gasiba, took home the Miss Earth Venezuela 2022 title.

The newly-crowned beauties will represent Venezuela at Miss Earth 2021 and Miss Earth 2022 pageants, respectively.

Miss Earth Venezuela and Miss Earth Air 2020, Stephany Zreik, relinquished her reign at the end of the show which was hosted by Melisa Rauseo, Alejandro Carreño, and Ronald Sanoja.

Fashion designer and Miss Earth Venezuela organization president Prince Julio Cesar announced the new Venezuelan titleholders remotely from Miami, Florida.

The Top 12 for best national costume at Miss Earth 2023 has been officially announced. Three costumes that received the most votes from each continental group make up the finalists. Online voting was conducted on Miss Earth's official Facebook page following the national costume competition held on Saturday, December 16 at the Van Thanh Flower Village in Dalat, Vietnam. Following the Miss Earth 2023 blue carpet evening gown competition and "Xin Chao" welcome ceremony held last Sunday at the Opera House in Ho Chi Minh City, online voting was conducted on social media for "Best Appearance" from December 4 to December 8. Jan Carrasco was proclaimed Mister Supranational Dominican Republic 2023 on Saturday, April 22 at the Auditorio Patrick N. Hughson in Santo Domingo. The 29-year-old actor and photographer representing Santiago bested 14 other competitors to win the national competition. He succeeded Lewis Echavarria and will now prepare for Mister Supranational 2023 to be held in Poland this July. Cora Bliault was crowned Miss Earth Thailand 2023 in a glittering competition held on Friday, September 1 at the Grand Ballroom of the InterContinental Bangkok. The 18-year-old Thai-Canadian model edged out 11 other competitors to win the national title. Eliise Randmaa was crowned Miss World Estonia 2023 in a glittering national competition held on Friday, August 25 at Kadriorg Castle in Tallinn. The 23-year-old software developer and cheerleader from Kirna, Järva County bested nine other contestants to win the national title. She is now expected to represent Estonia at Miss World 2024. Maria Gigante has been officially appointed as Universal Woman Philippines 2024 and will represent the Philippines in the upcoming Universal Woman 2024 competition. The 30-year-old host, model, and entrepreneur from Cebu will be the first-ever Filipina representative in the international competition. No stranger to pageantry, Maria was a contestant at Binibining Pilipinas 2016.
