Miss Supranational Guatemala 2022 is María Fernanda Milián


María Fernanda Milián was officially announced as Miss Supranational Guatemala 2022 in a special coronation ceremony held last April 8.

The 24-year-old beauty succeeds Jansodin Zuñiga who will not be able to represent Guatemala at Miss Supranational 2022 due to medical conditions.

"My feeling for honoring the name of my country will be one of joy, love, sacrifice, responsibility, and identity," the newly appointed Miss Supranational Guatemala shared on social media.

"Personally, I want to thank God, my family, for the organization of Miss Supranational Guatemala, friends, sponsors, and the different social network pages that promote the beauty of Guatemalan women, for their support, and for the vote of confidence to represent them," she added.

María Fernanda is a physician, surgeon, and professional model who hails from Cobán, Alta Verapaz. She will represent her country at the 13th Miss Supranational edition to be held in Poland this July.

Miss Fairfield USA Jenna Hofmann was crowned Miss Connecticut USA 2025 on Sunday, January 26 at the Marriott Hartford Windsor Airport in Windsor, Connecticut. Makaʻala Perry is the newly appointed Miss International Hawaii 2023 and will represent the Aloha State at Miss International 2023 in Japan this October. The 24-year-old flight attendant, business owner, and musician was announced as Priscilla Wang's successor for the national title last month.
