60th Miss International: Meet the delegates from Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic and Honduras

After cancellations in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 60th Miss International is finally taking place in Japan later this year.

Over 50 delegates have already been confirmed to participate in the final whose date and venue have yet to be announced by the organization.

Meet the recently confirmed delegates from Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, and Honduras:


Miss International Canada 2022 Madison Kvaltin from northern Ontario is a 24-year-old entrepreneur who started her own body confident athletic brand, Skilla Athletics, and website design business. She holds a degree in sociology and business from Queen's University.


Miss International Colombia 2022 Natalia Lopez Cardona is a 23-year-old model and law student from Quindio. She was second place during last year's Señorita Colombia competition in Cartagena and was named Virreina Nacional de Belleza.


Miss International Czech Republic 2022 Adela Maderycova, a 23-year-old children's recorder teacher and model, won her title during the Miss Czech Republic 2022 pageant held earlier this month. She holds a bachelor's degree from Masaryk University, major in Field Interactive Media Theory, and is now pursuing a second degree in aesthetic education for high school. 


Miss International Honduras 2022 Zully Paz, a 20-year-old native of San Pedro Sula, has studied her university in the United States. She is passionate about modeling and joining beauty pageants, and is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Miss Botswana 2025 is Ruth Thomas from Masunga

Ruth Thomas was crowned Miss Botswana 2025 (Miss World Bostwana) on Saturday, March 22 at The Grand Palm Hotel Casino Convention Resort in Gaborone. The 24-year-old clothing and textile design graduate from the village of Masunga bested nine other finalists to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Anicia Gaothusi from Tutume and is expected to represent Botswana at the 73rd Miss World competition. Her predecessor who was crowned a year ago will head to the upcoming 72nd Miss World in Hyderabad, India this May. The new Miss World Botswana works as a beauty advisor and is also a model and poet. She is no stranger to pageantry, having joined last year's Miss Universe Botswana pageant. Miss World Singapore 2025 is Katerina Delvina

Katerina Delvina, 28, bested nine other finalists to be crowned Miss World Singapore 2025 in a recently held national competition in Singapore. The biomedical research student, model, and passionate advocate for charity work will represent Singapore in the upcoming Miss World 2025 competition in Hyderabad, India. Arantxa, Tanisha Tan, Anurathi and Dhivvya were named the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss World Singapore was crowned by her predecessor Oh Wei Qi. With a heart dedicated to giving back, Katerina hopes her pageant journey will open new doors for her to contribute even more to society. Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025, four new queens crowned

Four new queens have been crowned at the culmination of the Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025 pageant held on Sunday, March 23 at the Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío in Managua. A total of 24 beauties battled it out to win the opportunity to represent Nicaragua in the next Miss World, Miss International, Miss Supranational and Miss Cosmo competitions. The new Miss World Somalia holds a degree in aviation and airport management and is passionate about global opportunities and cultural exchange. As the founder of the Female Initiative Foundation, she is a dedicated activist against Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), using her platform to protect and empower young girls. Karen Jansen to represent Belgium at the 72nd Miss World

Reigning Miss Belgium Karen Jansen, 23, has been officially announced as Belgium's representative in the upcoming Miss World 2025 competition. The psychology student and freelance model from the province of Limburg was recently crowned Miss Belgium 2025 last month in De Panne. Karen will compete with over 100 contestants from around the world to become the next Miss World this May in Hyderabad, India. Belgium has yet to win the Miss World crown since its first participation in 1969. The country's highest placement was in 1996 when Belgian model Laurence Borremans made the Top 10. Tarlac's Jasmine Omay appointed Universal Woman Philippines 2025

Jasmine Omay has been appointed as Universal Woman Philippines 2025 and was officially crowned in a special ceremony held on Tuesday, March 25 in Quezon City. The 27-year-old events host, model and pilot from Tarlac will represent the Philippines at the Universal Woman 2025 pageant in Jaipur, India this June. Her predecessor  Maria Gigante from Cebu became the first Filipina to win the title of Universal Woman last year in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Lucy Sophia Thomson bested 10 other finalists to be crowned Miss Scotland 2022 on Friday, July 29 at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow. The 23-year-old beauty representing Fife from Dunfermline succeeds last year's winner Claudia Todd and will represent Scotland at the 71st Miss World pageant. Olivia McPike from Kirkintilloch and Ailsa Black from Edinburgh were the first and second runners-up, respectively. 72nd Miss World final date and host country announced

The Miss World organization has officially announced the final date and host country of the 72nd Miss World competition.
