Former Miss Universe Catriona Gray to attend Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 final


Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray from the Philippines has been officially announced as a special guest judge for the upcoming Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 pageant.

The former beauty queen will join fellow Miss Universe titleholder Natalie Glebova of Canada in the judging panel to select Vietnam's representative for Miss Universe 2022.

Vietnamese pageant fans could not contain their excitement over Catriona's first official visit to the country almost four years after winning Miss Universe with her iconic "lava walk" and "slow-mo turn" in Bangkok, Thailand.

Catriona will also be reunited with her Miss Universe sister H'Hen Nie, a former Miss Universe Vietnam and Miss Universe 2018 Top 5 finalist.

"See you soon Vietnam," she shared on her Instagram story with a smiling face with hearts emoji.

Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 final competition will take place at SECC in Ho Chi Minh City on June 25.

Miss Universe Brazil 2025 is Maria Gabriela Lacerda

Maria Gabriela Lacerda, representing the state of Piauí, was crowned Miss Universe Brazil 2025 on Thursday, February 13 in Alphaville, São Paulo. The 22-year-old journalist bested 23 other contestants to win the beauty title. She received her crown from Brazil's first Miss Universe winner, Miss Universe 1963 Ieda Maria Vargas. Thailand has been officially announced as the host country for the Miss Universe 2025 competition. The Miss Universe Organization unveiled the ultimate destination for the 74th Miss Universe pageant at a press conference in New York City. The 20-year-old model and student from Budapest bested 13 other beauties to win her national title.
