Miss Universe Thailand 2022 kicks off, final competition takes place on July 30


Miss Universe Thailand 2022, themed "New Beginnings" has officially kicked off with a press conference at Siam Paragon in Bangkok on Thursday, June 16 to announce the details of this year's competition.

The winner, who will succeed last year's titleholder Anchilee Scott-Kemmis and represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2022, will be awarded the "Power of Resilience" crown by Mouawad and take home 1 million baht, a condominium unit, a car plus other prizes from sponsors.

PPTV HD will broadcast the swimsuit competition round on July 17, the preliminary on July 27, and the final on July 30 in a venue that has yet to be disclosed.

TPN Global, the Miss Universe franchise holder in Thailand, is now on its fourth consecutive year as organizers of the national competition in the country.
