Miss Universe Great Britain 2022 is Noky Simbani


Noky Simbani was crowned Miss Universe Great Britain 2022 in a glittering event held on Saturday, July 9 at The Riverfront in New Port, Wales.

The 25-year-old Zimbabwean beauty from Derby bested over 30 other contenders to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner, Emma Rose Collingridge and will now prepare to represent Great Britain at Miss Universe 2022.

Anglee Kumar and Paidamoyo Mangi were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Lauren Parkinson and Charlotte Kamale completed the Top 5 finalists.

The new Miss Universe Great Britain is a chemical engineer and commercial banker who hails from Zimbabwe. She was previously named Miss Grand England 2017 and joined Miss Grand International 2017 pageant in Vietnam.

Besides advocating diversity, inclusion, and careers, Noky also launched Boss Bios, an online platform for "celebrating women to empower women."

Plus-sized beauty Sara Milliken was crowned the National American Miss Alabama 2024 during the state final held on May 27 at the Renaissance Marriot in Montgomery. The 23-year-old model and mental health advocate from Atmore, Alabama is now expected to represent her home state at the National American Miss 2024 competition later this year. Miss Slovenia 2024 is Amadea Zupan from Sežana

Amadea Zupan was crowned Miss Slovenia 2024 (Miss World Slovenia) in a national competition held on Friday, January 10 in Lendava. The 26-year-old medical student at the University of Ljubljana beat 12 other contestants to win the title. She received the crown from her predecessor Alida Tomanič. Miss America 2024 will be the 96th edition of the Miss America pageant — the nation's leading provider of scholarships for young women. The 51 state representatives have already been crowned and they will compete for the national title on January 14 at the Walt Disney Theater (Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts) in Orlando, Florida.
