Harnaaz Sandhu returns to India to crown successor as Miss Diva Universe


Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu is back in India for the coronation of Miss Diva 2022 which is scheduled to be held this Sunday, August 28 in Mumbai.

Crowning her successor as Miss Diva Universe (Miss Universe India) on the national stage where it all began will be a full circle moment for the 22-year-old beauty queen from Chandigarh. How did they know? — that she was ready to take on the world.

From the moment she won her national title, to winning her country's third Miss Universe title after 21 years, and becoming one of the most impactful and aspirational Miss Universe queens of all time - what an incredible journey it has been!

This year's upcoming event, powered by LIVA, will also be the 10th year anniversary celebration for the national pageant. Having Harnaaz back on the stage as reigning Miss Universe makes it even more special.

During the show, Miss Diva Supranational Ritika Khatnani, who placed in the Top 12 at Miss Supranational 2022, will also crown her successor as Miss Supranational India from a pool of five nominated beauties - Gargee Nandy, Amisha Thakur, Ojasvi Sharma, Pragnya Ayyagari and Sifat Sehgal.

According to Miss Diva organizers, in addition to the two winners who will represent India at Miss Universe 2022 and Miss Supranational 2023, the highest voted nominee will be awarded the title LIVA Miss Popular Choice 2022 and a contract to represent the sponsor's brand.

Miss Supranational Spain 2025 is Luna Negrín of Madrid

Luna Negrín, repesenting Madrid, was crowned Miss Supranational Spain 2025 during the Miss RNB España 2025 final gala held on Saturday, April 12 at the Teatre Auditori Salou (TAS). The 21-year-old journalism student will represent Spain at Miss Supranational 2025 in Poland this June. She succeeds last year's winner Elizabeth Laker. Originally from Arona in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Luna was raised in Premià de Mar in Barcelona. She is pursuing a degree in journalism at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). Eduarda Braum was crowned Miss Supranational Brazil 2025 on Friday, April 4 at Hotel Sibara in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina. The 25-year-old model and influencer, representing Espírito Santo, will represent Brazil at Miss Supranational 2025 in Poland this June. Reigning Miss Denmark Emma Heyst has been officially announced by the Miss Denmark Organization as Miss World Denmark 2025. The 22-year-old was crowned Miss Denmark 2024 in September last year in Copenhagen. She will now prepare to represent Denmark at Miss World 2025 in India this coming May. According to the national pageant organization, Emma is future sociology student, philanthropist, model and sports enthusiast who has been involved in humanitarian work for years.
