Applications now open for Miss Ukraine 2022 pageant


The Miss Ukraine Committee has officially announced that applications for Miss Ukraine 2022 edition are now open. Ukrainian women living in any country who meet all the requirements of the pageant may submit their applications.

For safety reasons, this year's casting will be held in two formats - online and offline. Details on the competition including the final date and format are yet to be announced but they will most likely be based on the security situation in the country.

Every year, the contestants of Miss Ukraine engage themselves in various charitable initiatives, but this year due to the current situation in Ukraine, the pageant will focus on helping displaced children affected by the military action.

According to the organizers, the next Miss Ukraine will represent the country at the Miss World pageant and will have an important mission to draw international attention and make all efforts to raise funds for the needs of Ukrainian children and tell the truth about armed conflict in the country.

The annual Miss Ukraine pageant has been held since 1991. Apart from Miss World, the national committee also holds the license to send representatives to Miss Earth and Miss International pageants.

Miss Hawaii USA 2025 is Issha Rose Mata from Hilo

Issha Rose Mata, representing the town of Hilo, bested 16 other contestants to win Miss Hawaii USA 2025 on Saturday, March 22 at Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. The 29-year-old model and digital marketing specialist was crowned by last year's winner and Miss USA 2024 Top 10 finalist Breea Yamat. Mikaela Bega of Maui was named first runner-up while Kristi Van Diver-Kometani of Kakaako, Alexia Locquiao Sommers of Kahala, and Faith Alvior of Valley Isle were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025, four new queens crowned

Four new queens have been crowned at the culmination of the Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025 pageant held on Sunday, March 23 at the Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío in Managua. A total of 24 beauties battled it out to win the opportunity to represent Nicaragua in the next Miss World, Miss International, Miss Supranational and Miss Cosmo competitions. Jasmine Omay has been appointed as Universal Woman Philippines 2025 and was officially crowned in a special ceremony held on Tuesday, March 25 in Quezon City. The 27-year-old events host, model and pilot from Tarlac will represent the Philippines at the Universal Woman 2025 pageant in Jaipur, India this June.
