Miss Indonesia 2022 is Audrey Vanessa Susilo of Sulawesi Utara


Miss Sulawesi Utara, Audrey Vanessa Susilo was crowned Miss Indonesia 2022 on Thursday, September 15 at Studio RCTI+ in Jakarta.

The 22-year-old Monash University student representing the North Sulawesi province bested 36 other contestants to win her national title. She was also announced as the winner of the Talent and Social Media fast track.

Completing the Top 5 finalists were first runner-up Ida Ayu Laksmi of Bali, second runner-up Alyssandra Winyoto of Jawa Timur, third runner-up Angelina Aqila of Kalimantan Barat, and fourth runner-up Naomy Angelica Sembiring of Riau.

At the end of the show, last year's winner and Miss World Asia Pricilia Carla Yules passed her crown on to her successor who will now prepare to represent her country at the 71st Miss World pageant.

Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska from Poland graced the glittering event as a special guest.

The new Miss Indonesia plays an active role in her community and has a very high concern for poverty and education issues in her country. She believes that education is a very powerful tool to fight poverty. A quote from Mother Teresa "Not all of us can do great things but we can do small things with great love” is her motto in life.

Indonesia has yet to win the Miss World crown but has been doing very well at the international pageant in recent years with quite a number of placements and two runners-up courtesy of Maria Harfanti and Natasha Mannuela Halim respectively in 2015 and 2016.

Jutta Pokuah Addo, representing the Central Region, was crowned Miss Ghana 2025 (Miss World Ghana) on Saturday, March 29 at the Avenue Event Center in Accra. The 20-year-old law student bested 12 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent Ghana at the Miss World 2025 competition in Telangana, India this May. Miss Hawaii USA 2025 is Issha Rose Mata from Hilo

Issha Rose Mata, representing the town of Hilo, bested 16 other contestants to win Miss Hawaii USA 2025 on Saturday, March 22 at Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. The 29-year-old model and digital marketing specialist was crowned by last year's winner and Miss USA 2024 Top 10 finalist Breea Yamat. Mikaela Bega of Maui was named first runner-up while Kristi Van Diver-Kometani of Kakaako, Alexia Locquiao Sommers of Kahala, and Faith Alvior of Valley Isle were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. 72nd Miss World final date and host country announced

The Miss World organization has officially announced the final date and host country of the 72nd Miss World competition. According to MWO, this year's competition will last 28 days, from May 4 to May 31 in India. It will be held at various destinations in Telangana, a state with a rich legacy and modern vibe. Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025, four new queens crowned

Four new queens have been crowned at the culmination of the Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025 pageant held on Sunday, March 23 at the Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío in Managua. A total of 24 beauties battled it out to win the opportunity to represent Nicaragua in the next Miss World, Miss International, Miss Supranational and Miss Cosmo competitions. Tarlac's Jasmine Omay appointed Universal Woman Philippines 2025

Jasmine Omay has been appointed as Universal Woman Philippines 2025 and was officially crowned in a special ceremony held on Tuesday, March 25 in Quezon City. The 27-year-old events host, model and pilot from Tarlac will represent the Philippines at the Universal Woman 2025 pageant in Jaipur, India this June. Andrea Nikolić was crowned Miss Montenegro 2025 in a national competition held on Monday, March 31 at Hotel Podgorica. The 21-year-old law student bested 10 other finalists to win the title. She will represent Montenegro at Miss World 2025 in Telangana, India this May. Sara Žižić was named first runner-up while Ksenija Popović finished as the second runner-up.
