Miss International Korea 2022 is Kim Su-jin


Kim Su-jin, a 25-year-old fashion design graduate and broadcaster from Daegu will represent Korea at Miss International 2022 in Japan.

Prior to being appointed as Miss International Korea 2022, she was named first runner-up during last year's Miss Korea pageant. She also has just recently relinquished her reign as Miss Gyeongbuk 2021.

Following a 2-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 60th Miss International edition will take place at the Tokyo Dome City Hall on Tuesday, December 13.

Since Korea's debut at the Japan-based international pageant in 1960, it has yet to win the coveted title. The country's highest placements so far were two first runner-up finishes in 2000 and 2009.

Miss World Italy 2026 is Mia Zottoli Montanaro from Puglia

Mia Zottoli Montanaro was proclaimed the winner of Miss Mondo Italia 2026 (Miss World Italy) last Sunday, June 14 at the Ecoresort Le Sirenè in Gallipoli. The 21-year-old model and former volleyball player of Argentine descent from Taranto, Puglia was crowned by her predecessor Sofia Viola. Basma Zaid of Basilicata and Azzura Sandrini of Lombardia were announced the first and second runners-up, respectively. Caterina Noghera of Veneto, Lara Boemio of Toscana, and Ginevra Pagano of Campania rounded out the Top 6 finalists. California's Athenna Crosby crowned Miss World America 2024

Athenna Crosby of California bested over 40 other contestants to win the Miss World America 2024 pageant on Sunday, November 17 in Seattle, Washington. The 26-year-old American-Venezuelan model and actress succeeds last year's winner Victoria DiSorbo and will now prepare to represent the United States of America at the 72nd Miss World. Kimberly Nwankolo of Oregon was named first runner-up while Anne Li of the District of Columbia, Aishwarya Kumar of Central Washington, and Heather Alexia Santos of Washington were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Lilly Sødal was crowned Miss Norway 2024 (Miss Universe Norway 2024) during the national competition held last Saturday, August 10 at Rebel in Oslo. Isabela Fernandez was proclaimed Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 on Wednesday, October 8 at the Cebu Coliseum in Cebu City, Philippines. The 23-year-old qualified beach lifeguard from Newquay, Cornwall bested 39 other contestants to win the national title. Lazio's Lucilla Nori was crowned Miss Universe Italy 2025 on Sunday, August 31 at Villa Cafiero in San Ferdinando di Puglia. The 26-year-old professional model and fashion sciences graduate from Anzio triumphed over 20 other contestants to win the national title. Andrea Zanettin and Catalina Jacob were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Giada Folcia and Fania Sorrentino rounded out the Top 5 finalists.
