FAVORITES: Miss USA 2022 final Top 16 favorites

Today someone's life is about to change as the Miss USA 2022 pageant culminates tonight at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada.

Fifty-one contestants from across the country have worked diligently to get to the Miss USA final stage but only one of them will become the successor of Elle Smith of Kentucky and represent the USA at the 71st Miss Universe 2022 this January in New Orleans, Louisiana.

An esteemed panel of judges determines who enters the Top 16. Fifteen will be selected based on their interviews, preliminary swimsuit and evening gown competition, and one spot is reserved for a contestant with the highest fan votes on missusa.com.

Who will be the next Miss USA? As we did not have access to their interviews, our list of favorites is based entirely on the contestants' preliminary swimsuit and evening gown performances.

After months of anticipation, the much-awaited 73rd Miss Universe pageant is about to begin in Mexico. More than 100 contestants from different countries and territories are expected to arrive in the host country later this month. Sheynnis Palacios from Nicaragua will pass on her crown to the next Miss Universe at the conclusion of this year's competition on November 16. Here's where to watch Miss Earth 2024 final show livestream

After weeks of pre-pageant activities and events, the 24th edition of the annual Miss Earth pageant will culminate tonight at Okada Manila in the Philippines. Drita Ziri from Albania and her elemental court are set to crown their successors among 76 contestants from around the planet at tonight's final competition. The show will be hosted by Filipino actor and host Robi Domingo and will stream live on local channels and Miss Earth's official social media and streaming platforms. To watch the Miss Earth 2024 final and coronation night, head to the Miss Earth official Facebook and YouTube channel from 7 p.m. local time for the live stream. Tonight, over 70 Earth advocates from around the world will compete for the coveted title of Miss Earth 2024 at Okada Manila in Parañaque City, Philippines. This year's pageant is themed "Heritage" and will be the 24th edition of the annual competition dedicated to the preservation and protection of our planet Earth. Former Miss Earth winners Priscilla Meirelles (2004), Jamie Herrell (2014), Karen Ibasco (2016), and Mina Sue Choi (2022) are among the esteemed judges who have the most difficult task of choosing the next Miss Earth. Australia's Jessica Lane crowned Miss Earth 2024

Jessica Lane from Australia was crowned Miss Earth 2024 in a grand coronation show on Saturday, November 9 at Okada Manila in the Philippines. The 21-year-old activist and journalist beat over 70 other contestants to win the international pageant. She made history as the first Australian woman to become Miss Earth. Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir of Iceland, Bea Millan-Windorski of the USA, and Niva Antezana of Peru were crowned Miss Earth Air, Miss Earth Water, and Miss Earth Fire 2024, respectively. The Top 8 finalists and runners-up were Jasmine Jorgensen of Cabo Verde, Tamara Aznar of the Dominican Republic, Bianca Caraballo of Puerto Rico, and Ekaterina Romanova of Russia. Panama's Italy Mora disqualified from Miss Universe 2024

A few days after arriving in Mexico for Miss Universe 2024, Miss Universe Panama 2024 Italy Mora has been officially removed from the competition. No reasons were disclosed for her disqualification because according to the Miss Universe Organization: "Confidentiality is a fundamental pillar of any disciplinary process. By protecting sensitive and personal information, we not only ensure fairness and equity in our decisions, but also the dignity of all involved." MUO also said in an official statement released on Friday, November 1 that their decision to disqualify Miss Universe Panama has been taken "after a thorough evaluation by our disciplinary commission." The statement explained: "The disciplinary committee, charged with maintaining the integrity and values of the pageant, conducted a full audit of the matter and, based on the information gathered and reviewed, has concluded that withdrawal is the most appropriate course of action under the current circums

Miss Universe 2024 pageant kicks off in Mexico City

The 73rd Miss Universe is underway in Mexico, and this year's pageant is already considered a historic one. More than 120 contestants from around the globe have come together in the host country to vie for the prestigious crown. The beauty queens have all brought their A-game since arriving at their official hotel in Mexico City, the InterContinental Presidente. Everyone has been serving looks and glamour from day one. The Mr World 2024 talent competition was held on Saturday, November 10 at the Imperial Hotel in Vung Tau, Vietnam. From over 30 who participated in the talent show, five finalists were announced.
