Miss Earth Colombia 2022 Andrea Aguilera Arroyave officially crowned


Miss Earth Colombia 2022 Andrea Aguilera Arroyave has been officially crowned on Friday, October 21 during the Women Economic Forum at Centro de eventos Valle del Pacifico in Cali.

The social communicator and journalist, 25, was appointed last month as her country's representative in the upcoming Miss Earth 2022 pageant in the Philippines.

Joining the event and the coronation ceremony was reigning Miss Earth Destiny Wagner, who arrived fresh from her trip to Miami, Florida for the Latinx Travel Summit 2022.

Colombia's Diana Moreno was crowned The Miss Globe 2024 in a glittering competition held on Tuesday, October 15 at the Tirana Olympic Park in Albania. The 27-year-old international business professional bested over 40 competitors to win the global title. She made history as the first Colombian woman to become The Miss Globe. Prada Thansita Dilhokanansa of Thailand was named first runner-up while Jasmin Bungay of the Philippines, Andromeda Schuster of Germany, and Ha Trang Do of Vietnam were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. A total of 75 beauties from different countries and territories are expected to compete for the coveted international beauty title. The contestants will start arriving in Japan on October 29 and will be immersed in various social, cultural, and educational activities. Shereen Ahmed was recently crowned Miss Universe Bahrain 2024 and will compete in the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. USA's Janelis Leyba was crowned Miss Asia Pacific International 2024 on Monday, October 7 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City, Philippines. The 20-year-old model and student from New York City beat over 30 other contestants to become the first representative from the United States of America to win the international title.
