Miss International Denmark 2022 is Dana Myrvig


Miss Denmark Organization headed by its CEO Lisa Lents proudly announced Dana Myrvig as Miss International Denmark 2022 and will head over to the Miss International 2022 in Tokyo, Japan this December.

The 26-year-old social educator, activist, and model graduated with a bachelor's degree in social education and a diploma in neuropsychology. She was a finalist in Miss Denmark 2019 and now succeeded Anna Diekelmann, Miss International Denmark 2019.

Dana was born in Mali to a Danish father and a Sudanese mother. Over the last six years, she has been passionate about charity and volunteering, especially for disabled people and children, and her biggest dream is to open her own volunteer center.

This year's Miss International pageant celebrates its 60th edition and also marks its return after a 2-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The final will be held on December 13 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall where Sireethorn Leearamwat, the reigning queen from Thailand, will crown her successor.

Plus-sized beauty Sara Milliken was crowned the National American Miss Alabama 2024 during the state final held on May 27 at the Renaissance Marriot in Montgomery. The 23-year-old model and mental health advocate from Atmore, Alabama is now expected to represent her home state at the National American Miss 2024 competition later this year. "This is a dream that has been 8 years in the making for me," said the new National American Miss Alabama who first joined the state pageant when she was 15 years old. Nigeria's Samuel Nwajagu wins Mister International 2024

Samuel Nwajagu of Nigeria was proclaimed the grand winner of the Mister International 2024 pageant on Saturday, December 14 in Bangkok, Thailand. Aside from the international title, the 23-year-old model also bagged the Best in Swimsuit award. He succeeds last year's winner from Thailand, Kim Goodburn. Nguyen Man Lan of Vietnam and Glenn Victor Sutanto were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. The Mister International pageant, a celebrated event in the world of male beauty, was established in 2006 in Singapore by Alan Sim, its original president and founder. Angélique Angarni-Filopon from Martinique beat 29 other contestants to win Miss France 2025 on Saturday, December 14 at the Futuroscope Arena in Vienne, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The 34-year-old flight attendant became the oldest winner of the prestigious national pageant. She also made history as the first woman from Martinique to become Miss France.
