Miss Malta 2023: Meet the Top 5 winners

The 60th Miss Malta grand final took place last January 8 at Hilton Malta in St. Julians where a total of 30 finalists competed for the crowns at stake


Anne Camilleri, a 24-year-old artificial intelligence graduate who represented Sliema, was crowned Miss Malta 2023. She is a software developer and is originally from Balzan.

"It’s such a surreal moment for me, I am truly grateful," she told Lovin Malta in relation to winning her national title.

It has yet to be confirmed if the new Miss Malta will be sent to the Miss Earth 2023 edition which is expected to be held in Vietnam later this year.

The winner from 2021 who represented Malta at Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines, Kim Pelham, relinquished her reign by passing the crown to her successor at the end of the final show.

Rounding out the Top 5 winners were the Miss Republic of Malta Jade Schembri, Miss Tourism of Malta Laura Bujis, Miss Grand Malta Kylie Marie Micallef, and Top Model Malta 2023 Donna Borg.

Miss Global 2025 is Nguyen Dinh Nhu Van of Vietnam

Nguyen Dinh Nhu Van from Vietnam was crowned Miss Global 2025 on Sunday, March 9 at the MCC Hall, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Nonthaburi, Thailand. The 33-year-old model hailing from Lam Dong province bested over 60 other contestants to become the first Vietnamese representative to win the international beauty title. Keri-Ann Greenwood of Jamaica was named first runner-up while Ediris Rivera of Puerto Rico, Lindsay Lauren Becker of the USA, and Xena Ramos of the Philippines were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Alabama USA 2024 is Diane Westhoven

Miss Southern Plains, Diane Westhoven was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024 during the state final on Saturday, June 1 at Auburn University's Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center. The 21-year-old student from Birmingham will now prepare to represent Alabama at Miss USA 2024 this summer in Hollywood, California. She succeeds Sophie Burzynski, last year's winner and Miss USA 2023 Top 20 semifinalist. Agathe Cauet to represent France at the 72nd Miss World

Former Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Miss France 2023 first runner-up Agathe Cauet was announced on Monday, March 10 as Miss World France 2025. The 26-year-old former nurse was first runner-up to Miss France 2023 Indira Ampiot of Guadeloupe at the national pageant in Châteauroux. Agathe will now prepare to represent France at the 72nd Miss World this May in India. Miss Islas Baleares, Michelle Jiménez, was crowned Miss Universe Spain 2024 during the national competition held on Wednesday, September 11 in the municipality of Guía de Isora in Tenerife. The 21-year-old model triumphed over 16 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent Spain at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November.
