R'Bonney Gabriel poses for first Fadil photos, what comes next for Miss Universe


Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel has stunned in her first official photoshoot as Miss Universe with famous New York-based fashion photographer Fadil Berisha.

Wearing B&B Couture and makeup by Yuko Takahashi, the much talked about Fil-Am beauty queen poses with her "Force for Good" Mouawad crown in the first set of photos that were released online.

After winning her title just a little over three weeks ago, R'Bonney moved to her official residence in New York, spend her first official weeks with media tours, and recently went to Alabama to crown her successor as Miss USA. What comes next for her?

Thai owner of the Miss Universe Organization Anne Jakrajutatip went live via the JKN18 channel and revealed where the reigning Miss Universe will be heading for her first official tour overseas as the titleholder.

Aside from R'Bonney's upcoming trips to Asia, the newest members of the organization's executive team were also introduced — Nishita Shah as head of global strategy and partnerships, James Maybe as head of global franchising and experiences, Fred Mouawad as an honorary advisor, and last but not least Natalie Frank as head of global operations.

This February, the 71st Miss Universe is expected to depart for Indonesia to shoot a commercial and then she will be joined in Thailand by her first runner-up Amanda Dudamel from Venezuela and second runner-up Andreína Martínez Founier of the Dominican Republic. She is also expected to visit Vietnam later this month.

Philippines' Alexie Caimoso Brooks crowned Miss Eco International 2025

Alexie Caimoso Brooks from the Philippines was crowned Miss Eco International 2025 on Saturday, April 19 at the Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza in Egypt. The 24-year-old athlete and model from the province of Iloilo became the third Filipina to win the international pageant next to Cynthia Thomalla (2018) and Kathleen Paton (2022). Yulinar Fitrani of Indonesia was named first runner-up while Yelyzaveta Adamska of Ukraine, Cynthia Murillo of the USA, and Victoria Repollo Inglis of the United Kingdom finished second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Eco International bested over 30 other contestants to succeed last year's winner Angelina Usanova from Ukraine. She also bagged the Best in National Costume award. Former Binibining Pilipinas Globe titleholder Anna Valencia Lakrini was crowned Miss Supranational Germany 2025 at the recently held Queens of Germany 2025 pageant in Berlin. The 27-year-old Filipino-German, born in Stuttgart, will now prepare to represent Germany at Miss Supranational 2025 in Poland this June. No stranger to pageantry, Anna was previously crowned Binibining Pilipinas Globe (The Miss Globe Philippines) at Binibining Pilipinas 2023 while representing the province of Bataan. Miss Supranational Spain 2025 is Luna Negrín of Madrid

Luna Negrín, repesenting Madrid, was crowned Miss Supranational Spain 2025 during the Miss RNB España 2025 final gala held on Saturday, April 12 at the Teatre Auditori Salou (TAS). The 21-year-old journalism student will represent Spain at Miss Supranational 2025 in Poland this June. She succeeds last year's winner Elizabeth Laker. Helena Hafþórsdóttir O'Connor was crowned Ungfrú Ísland 2025 (Miss Universe Iceland) on Thursday, April 3 at Gamla Bíó in Reykjavik. The 20-year-old beauty from Viðey bested 19 other contestants to win the national title. Plus-sized beauty Sara Milliken was crowned the National American Miss Alabama 2024 during the state final held on May 27 at the Renaissance Marriot in Montgomery. Former Miss Universe Iceland Sóldís Vala Ívarsdóttir was officially proclaimed Miss Earth Iceland 2025 during the recently held Ungfrú Ísland 2025 (Miss Iceland) pageant in Reykjavík. The 19-year-old beauty received the crown from her predecessor Hrafnhildur Haraldsdóttir who made the Top 4 at the Miss Earth 2024 pageant in the Philippines. Ivana Batchelor was crowned Miss Universe Guatemala 2022 on Friday, June 3 at the Centro Cultural Miguel Ángel Asturias in Guatemala City. The 21-year-old professional model is a native of Quetzaltenango. She is pursuing a bachelor of science degree in social communication and enjoys dancing flamenco.
