Miss Peru 2023: Meet the contestants

The contestants selected to compete for Miss Peru 2023 (Miss Universe Peru 2023) have been officially revealed.

A total of 25 beauties will be vying for the coveted national title on a date yet to be announced. The winner will get the opportunity to represent her country at Miss Universe 2023 in San Salvador, El Salvador later this year.

Last year's winner and Miss Universe 2022 Top 16 semifinalist Alessia Rovegno will crown her successor at the culmination of this year's national competition.

Miss Global 2025 is Nguyen Dinh Nhu Van of Vietnam

Nguyen Dinh Nhu Van from Vietnam was crowned Miss Global 2025 on Sunday, March 9 at the MCC Hall, The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Nonthaburi, Thailand. The 33-year-old model hailing from Lam Dong province bested over 60 other contestants to become the first Vietnamese representative to win the international beauty title. Keri-Ann Greenwood of Jamaica was named first runner-up while Ediris Rivera of Puerto Rico, Lindsay Lauren Becker of the USA, and Xena Ramos of the Philippines were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Southern Plains, Diane Westhoven was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024 during the state final on Saturday, June 1 at Auburn University's Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center. The 21-year-old student from Birmingham will now prepare to represent Alabama at Miss USA 2024 this summer in Hollywood, California. She succeeds Sophie Burzynski, last year's winner and Miss USA 2023 Top 20 semifinalist. Agathe Cauet to represent France at the 72nd Miss World

Former Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Miss France 2023 first runner-up Agathe Cauet was announced on Monday, March 10 as Miss World France 2025. The 26-year-old former nurse was first runner-up to Miss France 2023 Indira Ampiot of Guadeloupe at the national pageant in Châteauroux. Agathe will now prepare to represent France at the 72nd Miss World this May in India. The Miss World organization has officially announced the final date and host country of the 72nd Miss World competition. According to MWO, this year's competition will last 28 days, from May 4 to May 31 in India. It will be held at various destinations in Telangana, a state with a rich legacy and modern vibe. The Miss Universe Organization unveiled the ultimate destination for the 74th Miss Universe pageant at a press conference in New York City.
