Miss Thailand International 2023 launched, meet new national director


Thailand's new national director for the Miss International pageant was officially announced during the press conference held for Manhunt Thailand 2023 and Miss Thailand International 2023 last March 22.

The license has been awarded to Pawina Bamrungrot, CEO of ERM Thailand Company Limited and former Miss International Thailand who placed in the Top 12 at Miss International 2003.

Hosted by reigning Miss International Thailand 2022, Tavee Ruechanok-Meesang, the glittering event took place at the Chatrium Grand Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.

Miss International 2019 Sireethorn "Bint" Leearamwat, Thailand's first-ever Miss International winner, graced the press conference with former national titleholders Sadi Sinthawee (2015) and Pattiya Ponngchai (2016). Manhunt Thailand 2018 Rattanan Sukubon and Manhunt Thailand 2022 Toto Pakorn Rodkhumpiyaset were also present.

Miss Thailand International (not Miss International Thailand) 2023 will open for application in July with the audition and selection process running through the end of August while the final is expected to take place in September 2023.

The winner will represent Thailand at Miss International 2023 in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan on October 26 (unless someone else will be appointed for this year's international pageant).

Miss Ghana 2025 is Jutta Pokuah Addo from the Central Region

Jutta Pokuah Addo, representing the Central Region, was crowned Miss Ghana 2025 (Miss World Ghana) on Saturday, March 29 at the Avenue Event Center in Accra. The 20-year-old law student bested 12 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent Ghana at the Miss World 2025 competition in Telangana, India this May. Maud Anti Oduro and Melissa Minta were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. "I am completely overwhelmed with gratitude and joy. Plus-sized Sara Milliken crowned Miss Alabama for National American Miss 2024

Plus-sized beauty Sara Milliken was crowned the National American Miss Alabama 2024 during the state final held on May 27 at the Renaissance Marriot in Montgomery. The 23-year-old model and mental health advocate from Atmore, Alabama is now expected to represent her home state at the National American Miss 2024 competition later this year. "This is a dream that has been 8 years in the making for me," said the new National American Miss Alabama who first joined the state pageant when she was 15 years old. Miss Hawaii USA 2025 is Issha Rose Mata from Hilo

Issha Rose Mata, representing the town of Hilo, bested 16 other contestants to win Miss Hawaii USA 2025 on Saturday, March 22 at Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. The 29-year-old model and digital marketing specialist was crowned by last year's winner and Miss USA 2024 Top 10 finalist Breea Yamat. Mikaela Bega of Maui was named first runner-up while Kristi Van Diver-Kometani of Kakaako, Alexia Locquiao Sommers of Kahala, and Faith Alvior of Valley Isle were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Andrea Nikolić was crowned Miss Montenegro 2025 in a national competition held on Monday, March 31 at Hotel Podgorica. The 21-year-old law student bested 10 other finalists to win the title. She will represent Montenegro at Miss World 2025 in Telangana, India this May. Sara Žižić was named first runner-up while Ksenija Popović finished as the second runner-up. Tarlac's Jasmine Omay appointed Universal Woman Philippines 2025

Jasmine Omay has been appointed as Universal Woman Philippines 2025 and was officially crowned in a special ceremony held on Tuesday, March 25 in Quezon City. The 27-year-old events host, model and pilot from Tarlac will represent the Philippines at the Universal Woman 2025 pageant in Jaipur, India this June. Her predecessor  Maria Gigante from Cebu became the first Filipina to win the title of Universal Woman last year in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The new Miss World Somalia holds a degree in aviation and airport management and is passionate about global opportunities and cultural exchange. As the founder of the Female Initiative Foundation, she is a dedicated activist against Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), using her platform to protect and empower young girls. 72nd Miss World final date and host country announced

The Miss World organization has officially announced the final date and host country of the 72nd Miss World competition. According to MWO, this year's competition will last 28 days, from May 4 to May 31 in India. It will be held at various destinations in Telangana, a state with a rich legacy and modern vibe. The opening and closing ceremonies, including the final show, will take place in the state's capital city of Hyderabad.
