Miss Universe Philippines 2023 coronation night will be held on May 13


Miss Universe Philippines 2023 coronation night will be held on Saturday, May 13 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Philippines.

The official announcement was made by the national organization via social media on Friday, March 3 following the introduction of the Top 40 contestants vying for this year's coveted title.

A total of 40 contestants representing various cities and municipalities of the Philippines will fight for the crown and get the opportunity to represent the country at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador later this year.

Due to health reasons, one of the contestants Evangeline Fuentes of Pangasinan withdrew but she was officially replaced by Kristeen Mae Boccang from the beautiful province of Apayao.

Miss Universe Brazil 2025 is Maria Gabriela Lacerda

Maria Gabriela Lacerda, representing the state of Piauí, was crowned Miss Universe Brazil 2025 on Thursday, February 13 in Alphaville, São Paulo. The 22-year-old journalist bested 23 other contestants to win the beauty title. She received her crown from Brazil's first Miss Universe winner, Miss Universe 1963 Ieda Maria Vargas. Aline Fritsch of Rio Grande do Sul and Ana Carolina Ceolin Comério of Espírito Santo were the first and second runners-up, respectively. "This crown is ours, my Piauí. Dia Maté of the Philippines was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2025 on Sunday, February 9 at the Salón Sirionó, Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. The 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Cavite became the second Filipina to win the international pageant next to Teresita Ssen Marquez who won in 2017. Former Miss Philippines Earth Yllana Marie Aduana will represent the municipality of Siniloan, Laguna, at the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines 2025 pageant.
