Puteri Indonesia 2023 is Farhana Nariswari Wisandana of West Java
Farhana Nariswari Wisandana, who represented Jawa Barat, was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2023 (Miss International Indonesia 2023) on Friday, May 19 at Jakarta Convention Center.
The 26-year-old beauty from Bandung will now represent Indonesia at Miss International 2023 in Tokyo. She is the first winner who will not compete in Miss Universe since Puteri Indonesia lost the franchise for Miss Universe Indonesia.
Yasinta Aurellia of Jawa Timur was named Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2023 (Miss Supranational Indonesia 2023) and will go to Miss Supranational 2023 in Poland.
Clinching the title Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2023 (Miss Charm Indonesia 2024) was Lulu Zaharani Krisna Widodo of Lampung and she will proceed to Miss Charm 2024 in Vietnam.
The representatives of Bangka Belitung, Patricia Bella Olina, DKI Jakarta, Puteri Modiyanti, and DI Yogyakarta, Dinda Nur Safira rounded out the Top 6 finalists.
Last year's winners, Laksmi DeNeefe Suardana, Cindy May McGuire, and Adinda Cresheilla crowned their respective successors at the end of the event.
The star-studded show was graced by reigning international queens Miss International 2022 Jasmin Selberg of Germany, Miss Supranational 2022 Lalela Mswane of South Africa, and Miss Charm 2023 Luma Russo of Brazil.
Miss International 2015 Edymar Martínez of Venezuela and Miss Supranational 2021 of Namibia Chanique Rabe were also invited to attend as guest judges.
A total of 45 women from 34 provinces of Indonesia participated in the 26th edition of the Puteri Indonesia pageant.
