Miss Polonia 2023 is Ewa Jakubiec


Ewa Jakubiec bested 19 other competitors to win Miss Polonia 2023 (Miss Poland 2023) in a national competition held on Friday, June 30 at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane.

The 26-year-old model and certified nurse hails from a small town in the Opole region and currently lives in Wrocław. She is now expected to represent Poland at Miss World 2024.

Natalia Grabowska and Kornelia Gołębiewska were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Sandra Samrowska and Agnieszka Orzoł rounded out the Top 5 finalists.

The rest of the Top 10 were Weronika Falkowska, Julia Rychlik, Klaudia Archacka, Karolina Kulczyńska, and Linda Filipkowska.

Krystyna Sokołowska, last year's winner who will participate in the 71st Miss World (Miss World 2023) in India later this year, crowned her successor at the end of the glittering event.

Samuel Nwajagu of Nigeria was proclaimed the grand winner of the Mister International 2024 pageant on Saturday, December 14 in Bangkok, Thailand. Aside from the international title, the 23-year-old model also bagged the Best in Swimsuit award. He succeeds last year's winner from Thailand, Kim Goodburn. Nguyen Man Lan of Vietnam and Glenn Victor Sutanto were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. Anthony Henricus of the Netherlands, Justine Carl Ong of the Philippines (fan vote winner), and Rafael Dominguez of Spain rounded out the Top 6 finalists. Plus-sized beauty Sara Milliken was crowned the National American Miss Alabama 2024 during the state final held on May 27 at the Renaissance Marriot in Montgomery. The 23-year-old model and mental health advocate from Atmore, Alabama is now expected to represent her home state at the National American Miss 2024 competition later this year. The 21-year-old student from Birmingham will now prepare to represent Alabama at Miss USA 2024 this summer in Hollywood, California. The semifinal round of Miss Polski 2024 (Miss Poland 2024) took place on Friday, April 26 at Hotel Kolumna Park in Przygoń. From 59 semifinalists, only 32 beauties (two from each region) have been selected to move on to the final competition to be held this July. The next Miss Polski, to be crowned by last year's titleholder  Angelika Jurkowianiec , is expected to represent Poland at Miss Universe 2024 and/or Miss Supranational 2025.
