Miss Polonia 2023 is Ewa Jakubiec


Ewa Jakubiec bested 19 other competitors to win Miss Polonia 2023 (Miss Poland 2023) in a national competition held on Friday, June 30 at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa in Zakopane.

The 26-year-old model and certified nurse hails from a small town in the Opole region and currently lives in Wrocław. She is now expected to represent Poland at Miss World 2024.

Natalia Grabowska and Kornelia Gołębiewska were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Sandra Samrowska and Agnieszka Orzoł rounded out the Top 5 finalists.

The rest of the Top 10 were Weronika Falkowska, Julia Rychlik, Klaudia Archacka, Karolina Kulczyńska, and Linda Filipkowska.

Krystyna Sokołowska, last year's winner who will participate in the 71st Miss World (Miss World 2023) in India later this year, crowned her successor at the end of the glittering event.

Sarunrat Puagpipat, representing Phuket, was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2025 during the national final competition held on Saturday, March 29 at MGI Hall in Bangkok. The 28-year-old beauty bested 76 other contestants to win the title and the first back to back victory for her province. She succeeds last year's winner, also from Phuket, Malin Chara-anan. Miss Southern Plains, Diane Westhoven was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024 during the state final on Saturday, June 1 at Auburn University's Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center. The 21-year-old student from Birmingham will now prepare to represent Alabama at Miss USA 2024 this summer in Hollywood, California.
