Miss Universe Albania 2023 is Endi Demneri from Tirana


Endi Demneri was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2023 in a national competition held on Thursday, June 1 at Pallati i Kongreseve (Palace of Congresses) in Tirana.

The 24-year-old model from Tirana succeeds Deta Kokomani and will now prepare to represent Albania at the 72nd Miss Universe (Miss Universe 2023) pageant in El Salvador later this year.

"I want to dedicate this beautiful journey to my grandmother and grandfather, my two angels. I am convinced that if they were in the hall last night, the loudest ovations would come from them," she shared on social media after winning her national title.

"I strongly believe that beauty isn't just about having a beautiful image, but having a beautiful mind, a beautiful heart, and a beautiful soul," she added.

Hosted by Teni Vllaçaj and Eriona Sejdiu, the star-studded glittering event aired exclusively on Vizion Plus, an Albanian media company.

Albania has yet to win Miss Universe since its debut in the international competition in 2002 with Anisa Kospiri. The Balkan country's last placement was in 2019 when Cindy Marina finished in the Top 20.

Philippines' Alexie Caimoso Brooks crowned Miss Eco International 2025

Alexie Caimoso Brooks from the Philippines was crowned Miss Eco International 2025 on Saturday, April 19 at the Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza in Egypt. The 24-year-old athlete and model from the province of Iloilo became the third Filipina to win the international pageant next to Cynthia Thomalla (2018) and Kathleen Paton (2022). Yulinar Fitrani of Indonesia was named first runner-up while Yelyzaveta Adamska of Ukraine, Cynthia Murillo of the USA, and Victoria Repollo Inglis of the United Kingdom finished second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Former Binibining Pilipinas Globe titleholder Anna Valencia Lakrini was crowned Miss Supranational Germany 2025 at the recently held Queens of Germany 2025 pageant in Berlin. The 27-year-old Filipino-German, born in Stuttgart, will now prepare to represent Germany at Miss Supranational 2025 in Poland this June. Luna Negr铆n, repesenting Madrid, was crowned Miss Supranational Spain 2025 during the Miss RNB Espa帽a 2025 final gala held on Saturday, April 12 at the Teatre Auditori Salou (TAS). The 21-year-old journalism student will represent Spain at Miss Supranational 2025 in Poland this June. She succeeds last year's winner Elizabeth Laker.
