Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska tours India with sister queens
Fresh from her Malaysian trip, the reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska returns to India for a week-long tour ahead of the 71st Miss World pageant to be held in the country later this year.
The official tour of the land of diversity kicked off on Monday with a visit to Jammu and Kashmir, followed by New Delhi, Pune, and today in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Joining her were the Miss World Organization Chairman and CEO Julia Morley, PME Entertainment founder Salman Ahmed, and sister queens Sini Shetty, Jessica Gagen, Emmy Peña, Shree Saini, and Pricilia Carla Yules.
Apart from meeting dignitaries, press conferences, and enjoying Indian hospitality, one of the highlights of this trip was a visit to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Sassoon General Hospital in Pune.
Karolina expressed her gratitude for the heartwarming reception everywhere they go and for being treated so well. She also commended the country not only for its beauty but for its incredible achievements in many areas.
In case you missed it, India's latest historic milestone happened when the Chandrayaan-3 probe touched down on the lunar south polar region, marking a significant advancement in space exploration.
With regard to the 71st Miss World (Miss World 2023), the national directors were previously informed that the final will take place on December 9 in Mumbai.
An official announcement on whether the final date and host city have been changed is anticipated to happen anytime soon.
