Miss Earth Denmark 2023 is Silvia Topholm


Denmark is set to return to the Miss Earth pageant this year with newly appointed Miss Earth Denmark 2023 Silvia Ooi Topholm.

The 22-year-old biracial beauty is a medical student from Copenhagen who was born to a Danish father and a Malaysian mother. She placed in the Top 11 at Miss Denmark 2023 and bagged the Miss Natural Beauty award.

For her advocacy, Silvia believes that science is the key to solving the current climate crisis and many other global issues. She wants to use her platform to draw attention to environmental and biotechnical start-ups.

The skin clinic employee and part-time model will now prepare to represent Denmark at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam this coming December.

Denmark won its first and only Miss Earth to date with Catharina Svensson during the inaugural edition of the Philippines-based international pageant in 2001.

Miss Universe Philippines 2025, the 6th edition of the annual Miss Universe Philippines pageant will be held this May at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Sixty-nine contestants representing various municipalities, cities, and provinces of the Philippines will compete for a chance to represent the country at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Miss Southern Plains, Diane Westhoven was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024 during the state final on Saturday, June 1 at Auburn University's Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center. The 21-year-old student from Birmingham will now prepare to represent Alabama at Miss USA 2024 this summer in Hollywood, California. Plus-sized beauty Sara Milliken was crowned the National American Miss Alabama 2024 during the state final held on May 27 at the Renaissance Marriot in Montgomery.
