Teresa Sara to represent Angola at Miss International 2023


Former Miss Grand Angola, Teresa Sara, was crowned Miss International Angola 2023 in a special ceremony held on Saturday, September 16 in Luanda.

The 26-year-old model, social volunteer, philanthropist, and lawyer received her crown from Stephany Amado, Miss International 2022 first runner-up from Cape Verde.

No stranger to pageantry, Teresa took part in Miss Universe Angola 2022 where she represented Zaire and placed in the Top 10. She was then appointed to compete in the 10th Miss Grand International pageant last October in Indonesia.

The new Miss International Angola will now represent her country at Miss International 2023 in Tokyo, Japan this coming October.

Miss Botswana 2025 is Ruth Thomas from Masunga

Ruth Thomas was crowned Miss Botswana 2025 (Miss World Bostwana) on Saturday, March 22 at The Grand Palm Hotel Casino Convention Resort in Gaborone. The 24-year-old clothing and textile design graduate from the village of Masunga bested nine other finalists to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Anicia Gaothusi from Tutume and is expected to represent Botswana at the 73rd Miss World competition. Katerina Delvina, 28, bested nine other finalists to be crowned Miss World Singapore 2025 in a recently held national competition in Singapore. The biomedical research student, model, and passionate advocate for charity work will represent Singapore in the upcoming Miss World 2025 competition in Hyderabad, India. Reigning Miss Belgium Karen Jansen, 23, has been officially announced as Belgium's representative in the upcoming Miss World 2025 competition. The psychology student and freelance model from the province of Limburg was recently crowned Miss Belgium 2025 last month in De Panne. Karen will compete with over 100 contestants from around the world to become the next Miss World this May in Hyderabad, India.
