Miss International 2023 is Andrea Rubio of Venezuela


Andrea Rubio of Venezuela bested 69 other contestants to win Miss International 2023 on Thursday, October 26 at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan.

The 24-year-old model from Caracas succeeds last year's winner Jasmin Selberg of Germany. She became the ninth Miss International winner from Venezuela.

Colombia's Sofía Osío Luna was named first runner-up while the representatives from Peru, Camila Díaz Daneri, Philippines, Nicole Borromeo, and Bolivia, Vanessa Hayes Schutt were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.

Rounding out the Top 7 finalists were Mexico, Itzía Garcia, and Thailand, Supaporn Ritthipruek.

The rest of the Top 15 were Côte d'Ivoire, Nassita Diako, Dominican Republic, Yamilex Hernandez, Greece, Zoi Asoumanaki, Hong Kong, Verna Leung, Malaysia, Cassandra Yap, Panama, Linette Clement, Puerto rico, Amanda Paola Solis, and Vietnam, Nguyen Phuong Nhi.

This year's competition marked the 61st edition of the Miss International beauty pageant. Former Miss International from Puerto Rico, Laurie Simpson, was one of the distinguished panel of judges.
