FAVORITES: Miss International 2023 Top 12 pre-arrival favorites

The contestants vying for Miss International 2023 are expected to arrive in Japan this week and begin their pre-pageant activities leading to the final on October 26.

Jasmin Selberg of Germany will crown her successor from a field of more than 70 international beauties at this year's venue, the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo.

Ahead of the official start of one of the world's oldest and most prestigious international pageants, we carefully narrowed our list of "pre-arrival favorites" down to the Top 12.

Miss USA 2025: Meet the contestants

Miss USA 2025, the much-awaited 74th Miss USA pageant will be held on Friday, October 24 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. This year's competition marks the fourth occasion it will take place in Reno after 2019, 2022, and 2023. Also, this will be the first edition under the leadership of the new Chairman, President, and CEO, Thom Brodeur. The next Miss USA will head to Bangkok, Thailand to represent "the land of opportunity" at the highly anticipated Miss Universe 2025 pageant this November. Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 is Isabela Fernandez from Brazil

Isabela Fernandez was proclaimed Miss Asia Pacific International 2025 on Wednesday, October 8 at the Cebu Coliseum in Cebu City, Philippines. The 28-year-old model from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais beat over 40 other contestants to win the international beauty title. She became the second Brazilian woman to win Miss Asia Pacific International next to Francielly Ouriques (2017). Anita Rose Gomez of the Philippines was named first runner-up while Bowonrat Maneerat of Thailand, Jana Janssens of Belgium and Elmira Wildeboer of the Netherlands were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Roziel Borges was officially crowned Miss Venezuela Earth 2025 in a special ceremony that took place on Globovisión's "La Tizana" show on Tuesday, October 7. The 24-year-old language student, model and community manager born in Maracay, Aragua received the crown from her predecessor Karleys Rojas. No stranger to pageantry, the new Miss Venezuela Earth has previously won two international beauty titles — Miss Tourism Planet 2023 in Greece and Beauty of the World 2024 in China. Roziel will now prepare to represent the "Land of Grace" and home of the majestic Angel Falls at the Miss Earth 2025 pageant in the Philippines this coming November. The 22-year-old model and medical student from Moscow edged out 49 other contestants to win the national competition. Miss Universe Ireland 2025 is Aadya Srivastava from Headford

Aadya Srivastava from Headford, County Galway was crowned Miss Universe Ireland 2025 on Saturday, October 4 at Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel. The 18-year-old beauty of Indian descent will represent Ireland at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. She succeeds last year's winner Sofia Labus from Cork. Natalia Gradzka and Maksuda Akhter were named the first and second runners-up, respectively.
