Miss Universe 2023: Voice for Change Top 10 silver finalists announced
The Miss Universe 2023 Voice for Change Top 10 silver finalists have been announced on Wednesday, November 15 during the 72nd Miss Universe preliminary competition in El Salvador.
Chosen by an esteemed selection committee and public voting, the finalists who are making waves with their impactful messages consist of Angola, Brazil, Chile, Lebanon, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Ukraine, and Zimbabwe.

"On behalf of Mouawad, CI Talks, and Miss Universe, congratulations to all the delegates who participated in the Voice for Change campaign," said CI Talks founder Fred Mouawad.
"At CI Talks, our mission is to continue enabling all the Miss Universe delegates on their journey of being ambassadors for their country and for social change. We aim to amplify their voice so they can continue improving lives, society, and ultimately the world," he continued.
"We are working hard to introduce more features to help change makers create content that inspires positive change while providing the ability for others to support by donating money or dedicating their time to the advocated cause."

The three gold winners will be announced during the Miss Universe 2023 final show this Saturday, November 18. They will each receive a $12,000 cash prize.
