Marcela Miranda to represent Guatemala at the 71st Miss World


Marcela Miranda has been officially appointed as Miss World Guatemala 2023 and will represent her country in the upcoming 71st Miss World competition.

The 20-year-old is an accountant by profession and currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in commerce and international relations. She speaks English and Spanish.

Marcela is also a professional dancer in Latin, modern, and classical genres and is expected to showcase her talent during the 71st Miss World Talent competition.

She was part of the National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team for 14 years and is currently a rhythmic gymnastics coach.

For her Beauty with a Purpose project "Moving to Heal," she teaches rhythmic gymnastics to girls who have been victims of abuse and provides a safe space for them to feel liberated and motivated.

The 71st Miss World final will be held this March in India. Reigning Miss World from Poland Karolina Bielawska will crown her successor at the end of the event.
