Marcela Miranda to represent Guatemala at the 71st Miss World


Marcela Miranda has been officially appointed as Miss World Guatemala 2023 and will represent her country in the upcoming 71st Miss World competition.

The 20-year-old is an accountant by profession and currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in commerce and international relations. She speaks English and Spanish.

Marcela is also a professional dancer in Latin, modern, and classical genres and is expected to showcase her talent during the 71st Miss World Talent competition.

She was part of the National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team for 14 years and is currently a rhythmic gymnastics coach.

For her Beauty with a Purpose project "Moving to Heal," she teaches rhythmic gymnastics to girls who have been victims of abuse and provides a safe space for them to feel liberated and motivated.

The 71st Miss World final will be held this March in India. Reigning Miss World from Poland Karolina Bielawska will crown her successor at the end of the event.

Miss Universe Czech Republic 2025 is Michaela Tomanová

Michaela Tomanová was crowned Miss Universe Czech Republic 2025 (Miss Universe Czechia) on Wednesday, June 25 at Chateau de Frontiere in Hlohovec. The 27-year-old mother, model and scientist from Prague will represent the Czech Republic at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November. Completing the Top 4 finalists were Eva Brožková, Petra Šafránková, and Sarah Duong Vu Thi Thuy. The new Miss Universe Czech Republic became the first national winner under the directorship of fashion designer Sam Dolce. Miss Universe New Zealand 2025 is Abbigail Sturgin

Lao-Kiwi Abbigail Sturgin was crowned Miss Universe New Zealand 2025 on Tuesday, June 24 at the SkyCity Theatre in Auckland. The 28-year-old police officer succeeds last year's winner Victoria Velasquez Vincent and will represent New Zealand at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Hannah Cross was named first runner-up while Noor Randhawa, Gazelle Garcia, and Deborah Lambie were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Lebanon 2024 first runner-up Sarah Leena Boujaoude has recently been officially appointed as Miss Universe Lebanon 2025. The 20-year-old fashion model and a finance student at the American University of Beirut will represent Lebanon at Miss Universe 2025. Pastry chef and model Swann Lavigne from France was proclaimed Mister Supranational 2025 on Saturday, June 28 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. The 25-year-old bested 37 other contestants to win the international male pageant. He succeeds last year's winner Fezile Mkhize from South Africa. Miss Universe Peru 2025 is Karla Bacigalupo

Karla Bacigalupo was crowned Miss Peru 2025 (Miss Universe Peru 2025) in a national competition held last Sunday, June 15 in the historic city of Cusco. The 33-year-old actress and producer will now prepare to represent Peru at Miss Universe 2025 to be held in Thailand this November. Former Reina Hispanoamerican Maricielo Gamarra was announced as first runner-up while former Top Model of the World Janet Leyva finished as the second runner-up. Spain's Juul Messiaen crowned Man of the World 2025

Man of the World 2025, the 7th edition of the annual Man of the World competition was held on Saturday, May 31 at the SM North Edsa Skydome in Quezon City, Philippines. Juul Messiaen, a 23-year-old model, athlete and real estate agent from Málaga, Spain bested over 20 other contestants to win the international male pageant. Israel Sierra of Mexico was named first runner-up while Sittichok Panitloedtewa of Thailand, Honza Jiránek of the Czech Republic, and Sworman Delgado of Panama were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.
