Mr World Nicaragua 2024 is Erlin Ayerdis


A new Mister Mundo Nicaragua 2024 (Mister World Nicaragua) has been officially announced after rounds of online and in-person castings in Managua.

Erlin Ayerdis, a 23-year-old marketing student, will represent his country, Nicaragua, at the Mr World 2024 pageant in Vietnam this September.

He became the third Mr World Nicaragua titleholder under the Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua organization.

"I appreciate this opportunity, trust, and responsibility that has been placed in me to represent our country," Erlin said.

"From today I begin my preparation to strengthen my skills in those areas that I know will be in competition in Mr World," he added.

Miss Fairfield USA Jenna Hofmann was crowned Miss Connecticut USA 2025 on Sunday, January 26 at the Marriott Hartford Windsor Airport in Windsor, Connecticut. The 23-year-old real estate professional, originally from New York, will now prepare to represent Connecticut at the Miss USA 2025 pageant. She succeeds last year's winner Shavana Clarke. Makaʻala Perry is the newly appointed Miss International Hawaii 2023 and will represent the Aloha State at Miss International 2023 in Japan this October. The 24-year-old flight attendant, business owner, and musician was announced as Priscilla Wang's successor for the national title last month. Besides working for Hawaiian Airlines and running her own business called Sunbeams Creamery, a dessert shop located in Wahiawa, she is also pursuing her bachelor of arts degree in music at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
