Ana Gabriela Villanueva crowned the new Miss Universe Guatemala 2024


Ana Gabriela Villanueva Jolón, from Santa Cruz Naranjo, Santa Rosa, has been designated the new Miss Universe Guatemala 2024.

The 22-year-old law and social sciences student has assumed the national title previously held by Andrea Radford who decided to prioritize her pregnancy.

Ana was first runner-up to Andrea at the Miss Universe Guatemala 2024 pageant. She will now be the representative of her country for Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November.

Andrea passed on her crown and sash to the new Miss Universe Guatemala in a special ceremony on Sunday, August 25 in Guatemala City.

Miss Universe Mexico 2024 is María Fernanda Beltrán Figueroa

María Fernanda Beltrán Figueroa of Sinaloa was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2024 in a national competition held on Saturday, September 7 at the Cancun Convention Center. The 24-year-old model and entrepreneur from Culiacán bested over 30 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico City this November. Aranza Molina of Tabasco and Karen Bustos of San Luis Potosí were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Mariana Macías of Michoacán and Lorena Sevilla of Colima rounded out the Top 5 finalists. Miss Universe Australia 2024 is Zoe Creed from Brisbane

Creed was crowned Miss Universe Australia 2024 in a national competition held on Thursday, September 5 at the grand ballroom of the Crown Perth in Burswood. The 23-year-old model from Brisbane edged out 27 other competitors to win the title. She is the first national winner from Queensland since Jesinta Campbell in 2010. Laetitia Greco and Renèe Mourad were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Bronte Rose Dagg and Jennifer Crown were the rest of the Top 5 finalists. Miss San Miguel, Florence García, was crowned Miss Universe El Salvador 2024 on Saturday, September 7 at the Teatro Presidente in San Salvador. The 25-year-old Salvadoran-American model and presenter bested 13 other finalists to win the national title. She will represent El Salvador at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November. Irina Zakharova was crowned Miss Universe Armenia 2024 during the national competition recently held in Moscow, Russia. The 31-year-old lawyer and talented singer living in Yerevan will represent Armenia at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November. "It is a great honor for me to represent Armenia in the final of the Miss Universe beauty pageant," said the new Miss Universe Armenia. A total of 20 finalists have been selected to compete for Miss Turkey 2024 following an elimination round held on Wednesday, September 4 in Istanbul. The grand final will take place on September 11 at the Lazzoni Hotel and the winners are expected to represent Turkey at the next Miss World and Miss Supranational pageants. No competition was held last year and this year's upcoming final will be the 42nd edition of the annual national pageant. In May, the Miss Turkey Organization headed by Can Sandıkcıoğlu officially announced that it parted ways with the Miss Universe Organization after more than 40 years. Elena Hidalgo was crowned Miss Universe Costa Rica 2024 on Tuesday, September 10 at the Centro Internacional de Convenciones ANDE (CIC ANDE) in San Antonio. The 32-year-old professional model from San José beat 12 other contestants to win the national title. She made history as the first mother to become Miss Universe Costa Rica. María Alejandra Acosta and Chonta Mullins were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Nicole Carboni and Kelly Avila rounded out the Top 5 finalists.
