Miss Universe Zambia 2024 is Brandina Lubuli


Brandina Lubuli was crowned Miss Universe Zambia 2024 on Sunday, September 15 at EastPark Mall's The Music Club in Lusaka.

The 28-year-old women and children's rights advocate will now prepare to represent Zambia at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November.

Sheila Singelengele and Wana Kasochi were the first and second runners-up, respectively.

This year's national competition marked the return of Zambia to the Miss Universe stage. The country's last participation was in 2018 with Melba Shakabozha.

"Miss Universe Zambia will give me a bigger platform to amplify the voices of women and girls across our nation Zambia. This platform allows me to advocate for women's empowerment, gender equality, and girl child education," said the new Miss Universe Zambia.

"It's more than just a crown—it's about inspiring others and making a lasting impact in our communities which I stand for proudly and passionately," she added.

Brandina made history as the first-ever mother and married woman to represent Zambia at Miss Universe.

Miss Universe Philippines 2025, the 6th edition of the annual Miss Universe Philippines pageant will be held this May at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Miss Southern Plains, Diane Westhoven was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024 during the state final on Saturday, June 1 at Auburn University's Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center. Miss Venezuela 2024, the 71st Miss Venezuela pageant, was held on Thursday, December 5 at Espacio Caracas. Stephany Abasali, a 24-year-old economics student representing Anzoátegui, bested 22 other contestants to be crowned Miss Universe Venezuela 2024. Agathe Cauet to represent France at the 72nd Miss World

Former Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Miss France 2023 first runner-up Agathe Cauet was announced on Monday, March 10 as Miss World France 2025. The 26-year-old former nurse was first runner-up to Miss France 2023 Indira Ampiot of Guadeloupe at the national pageant in Châteauroux. Agathe will now prepare to represent France at the 72nd Miss World this May in India.
