Miss Cosmo 2024 is Ketut Permata Juliastrid from Indonesia


Indonesia's Ketut Permata Juliastrid was crowned Miss Cosmo 2024 on Saturday, October 5 at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The 20-year-old student from Bali beat over 50 other contestants to win the inaugural edition of the pageant. Apart from the crown, she also bagged the Cosmo Beauty Icon Award.

Karnruethai Tassabut from Thailand was named the runner-up while Romina Lozano of Peru, Samantha Elliott of the USA, and Bui Xuan Hanh of Vietnam rounded out the Top 5 finalists.

Completing the Top 10 were Leakena In of Cambodia, Heather Nunez of the Dominican Republic, Melody Murguia of Mexico, Maria Ahtisa Manalo of the Philippines, and Ruvimbo Tafadzwa Njomboro of Zimbabwe.

Contestants from Bangladesh, Farzana Yasmin Ananna, Brazil, Cristielli Monize Camargo, Chile, Anita-María Rojas, El Salvador, Sofia Cordova, Greece, Konstantina Sotiriou, and Guatemala, Ximena Carrillo made the Top 21.

The rest of the semifinalists were from the Netherlands, Serena Darder, New Zealand, Franki Russell, Puerto Rico, Keylianne Rodríguez, Sierra Leone, Shalom Prosperia Ella John, and South Africa, Lebohang Raputsoe.

Miss Cosmo is a new international beauty pageant organized by UNICorp and UNIMedia in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Miss Cosmo Organization is headed by its CEO, Tran Viet Bao Hoang.
