Thailand's Suchata Chuangsri departs for Miss Universe 2024


Miss Universe Thailand 2024 Suchata "Opal" Chuangsri departed Bangkok, Thailand on Saturday night aboard Turkish Airlines to Mexico for Miss Universe 2024.

Fans flocked to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport for her departure. Former MUT titleholders Anntonia Porsild and Anna Sueangam-iam were also present to show their support.

"Thank you so much everyone for coming, thank you for your love and support. It is truly a dream come true to be wearing Thailand sash across my heart and I promise to raise our flag high," she wrote online.

The 73rd Miss Universe pageant will be held on November 16 at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City where over 100 countries will compete for the title.

Opal is poised to win Thailand's third Miss Universe crown next to Porntip Nakhirunkanok (Miss Universe 1988) and Apasra Hongsakula (Miss Universe 1965).

Miss Universe Philippines 2025, the 6th edition of the annual Miss Universe Philippines pageant will be held this May at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. 72nd Miss World final date and host country announced

The Miss World organization has officially announced the final date and host country of the 72nd Miss World competition. According to MWO, this year's competition will last 28 days, from May 4 to May 31 in India. It will be held at various destinations in Telangana, a state with a rich legacy and modern vibe. Thailand has been officially announced as the host country for the Miss Universe 2025 competition. The Miss Universe Organization unveiled the ultimate destination for the 74th Miss Universe pageant at a press conference in New York City. Miss Venezuela 2024, the 71st Miss Venezuela pageant, was held on Thursday, December 5 at Espacio Caracas. Stephany Abasali, a 24-year-old economics student representing Anzoátegui, bested 22 other contestants to be crowned Miss Universe Venezuela 2024.
