Tamara Jemuovic has been officially announced as Miss International Canada 2020. She was the first runner-up during Miss Universe Canada 2020 finals last October.
The 26-year-old former Miss Earth Canada from Toronto succeeds last year’s titleholder, Megha Sandhu. She is an award-winning realtor and a multilingual who speaks English, Bosnian, Croatian, French, Serbian, and Spanish.
Tamara will represent Canada at the Miss International 2021 pageant to be held in October next year in Japan.
Canada is yet to win the Miss International crown. The country’s highest placement was third runner-up in 1961 courtesy of Edna McVicar.
