Tehila Levi from Yavne has been crowned Miss Israel 2020 in a competition held in Tel Aviv on Monday, July 13.
The 18-year-old beauty who dreams of becoming a communication clinician and treat children with difficulties one day, bested 11 other finalists to win the national title.
For Tehila, the title can help her represent a lot of things she believes in. “I do not compromise on the things that are important to me and work in their favor,” she said.
The new Miss Israel will represent her country in the next edition of the Miss Universe pageant, whose date and venue are yet to be announced.
Tali Krasnopolsky came in second place while Noa Teomi and Chen Shaul completed the Top 4 finalists.
Israel has won the Miss Universe crown once with Rina Messinger in 1976.
