Miss Mexico, Alejandra Díaz de León Soler (21), was crowned Miss Globe 2019 on Monday, October 21 in at the Hotel Otrant in Ulcinj, Montenegro. She bested around 50 other beauties from around the world to win the international competition.
Alejandra succeeds last year’s winner from China, Yu Yizhou and became the first-ever Mexican representative to win the crown. She is a model and a student from San Luis Potosí.
Carla Jean Lares (Trinidad and Tobago), Leren Mae Bautista (Philippines), Shauna Griffiths (Canada) and Kristýna Malírová (Czech Republic) were the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.
