Deise Benício triumphed over 28 other contestants to win Miss Supranational Brasil 2020 in a recorded competition that aired last Saturday, November 28 in Brasília.
The 29-year-old law student representing the Federal District succeeds Fernanda Souza of Santa Catarina. She has joined Miss International 2014 in Tokyo, Japan, and placed in the Top 10.
Miss Sergipe, Bruna Zanardo placed second and Miss Minas Gerais, Luma Russo, placed third while Miss Recôncavo Baiano, Tainara Bac, and São Paulo, Jéssica Caroline, placed fourth and fifth, respectively.
Together with semi-finalist Phaty Phuérpei (Tocantins), the runners-up were awarded the regional titles.
The new Miss Supranational Brasil will represent her country at the 12th Miss Supranational pageant during the last quarter of next year in Poland.
