Ghazal Gill, 23-year-old from Los Angeles, won the title of Miss US International 2019 last Friday, June 28 at Celebration High School in Florida. She will represent the USA at the Miss International 2019 pageant in Tokyo, Japan in November.
Also crowned during the glittering event is a 24-year-old beauty from Honolulu, Raquel Basco. As Miss Hawaii International 2019, she will also travel to Japan to represent Hawaii at the international competition.
Another winner of the competition is Miss US Landscapes 2019 Brianne Bailey. She expected to join the next edition of Miss Landscapes International pageant.
Last year’s winner, Miss US International 2018 Bonnie Walls, crowned her successor at the end of the event.
USA has 3 Miss International winners – Miss International 1974 Brucene Smith, Miss International 1978 Katherine Ruth and Miss International 1982 Christie Claridge.
The country’s last placement at Miss International was in 2016 with Kaitryana Leinbach who finished as 4th runner-up.
