This year’s 100 Mr World contestants will arrive in Manila, the Philippines on August 6 with the finals taking place on Friday, August 23 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, one of Asia’s largest indoor arenas.
The Festival will begin with an Olympic style opening ceremony in Manila to introduce the Mr World nations to a global audience.
Mr World 2019 is set to be the biggest and most successful event in the history of the competition. Contestants from across the globe will compete in a three-week once-in-a-lifetime experience, as they battle it out to discover who should be declared ‘the world’s most desirable man’.
In a series of Mr World challenge events, contestants will test their physical and mental endurance:
Extreme is a test of strength, endurance and rugged determination.
Sport is a test of skill, discipline and athleticism.
Talent & Creativity is about a contestants finesse, technique and their dedication.
Fashion looks at the men getting it right in the style stakes.
Multimedia looks at their charisma and how contestants present themselves and how they engage and interact with an online audience.

Reigning Mr World Rohit Khandelwal’s enthusiasm, participation and positive attitude during the competition made him popular among his fellow competitors and impressed the judges.
Recently named ‘India’s Man of the Year’ Rohit has made many public appearances both home and abroad, featuring in a variety of publications and online journals, and as a guest on local and national TV and radio shows. He is now working on his first feature movie.
The live event will be broadcast to a global audience. A full list of broadcasters will be published and for the first time, fans will have the ability to watch the action unfold on pay per view.
