The 1st Annual PAGEANTCircle Award for Face of the Year goes to the reigning Miss World from Mexico, Vanessa Ponce de Leon. Born in Mexico City, the 27-year-old model and beauty queen captured the first Miss World crown for her country in Sanya, China last year.
