India's Rachel Gupta wins Miss Grand International 2024

India's Rachel Gupta was crowned Miss Grand International 2024 in a glittering final show on Friday, October 25 at the MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. The 20-year-old model, actress, and entrepreneur hailing from Jalandhar, Punjab bested over 60 other contestants to win the competition. She made history as the first-ever woman from India to become Miss Grand International. "Thank you so much to everyone who believed in me! I promise, I will not let you down. I vow to be a queen whose reign you'll remember forever," she wrote online. Christine Juliane Opiaza of the Philippines was named first runner-up while Thae Su Nyein of Myanmar, Safiétou Kabengele of France and Talita Hartmann of Brazil finished as the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Femina Miss India World 2024 is Nikita Porwal from Madhya Pradesh

Femina Miss India 2024, the 60th annual Femina Miss India pageant was held last Wednesday, October 16 at  Famous Studios  in Mumbai. Nikita Porwal, a 24-year-old actress from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh, bested 29 other contestants to be crowned Femina Miss India World 2024 (Miss World India). Rekha Pandey of Union Territory and Aayushi Dholakia of Gujarat were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Sifti Singh Sarang of Delhi, Shruti Raul of Goa, Angelia Marwein of Meghalaya, and Arshia Rashid of Maharashtra rounded out the Top 7 finalists. The new Femina Miss India succeeds last year's winner Nandini Gupta from Rajasthan. She will represent India at the 73rd Miss World competition. Miss Universe India 2024 is Rhea Singha from Gujarat

Rhea Singha was crowned Miss Universe India 2024 on Sunday, September 22 at the Zee Studios in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The 19-year-old beauty from Ahmedabad, Gujarat bested 50 other competitors to win the national title. She received her crown from Indian actress and former Miss Universe India Urvashi Rautela. Pranjal Priya was named first runner-up while Chhavi Verg, Sushmita Roy, and Ruopfuzhano Whiso were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. This year's glittering national competition was the first edition under the Glamanand Group, with the new national director Nikhil Anand. The new Miss Universe India will now prepare to represent the "land of diversity" at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. Mr India World 2024 is Gokul Ganesan from Chennai

Mr India World 2024 was officially unveiled following the final round of in-person auditions held on Wednesday, July 17 in Mumbai. Today, Gokul Ganesan was officially announced as the grand winner. He was sashed by none other than Mr World 2016 Rohit Khandewal, India's first Mr World winner. The new Mr India World is a 24-year-old fashion model and entrepreneur from the city of Chennai. He will now prepare to represent India at the 11th Mr World (Mr World 2024) in Vietnam this September. "A dream realized in all its grandeur. Reigning Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios arrives in India

Fresh from her trip to the Philippines, Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios arrived in India on Wednesday, April 8 to continue her Asia Tour. The Nicaraguan beauty queen was warmly welcomed early in the morning at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi by the new Miss Universe India team. The national license for the Miss Universe pageant in India was previously held by Miss Diva under its parent organization, Femina Miss India. Since February this year, it was taken over by the Glamanand Group with owner Nikhil Anand as the new national director. An independent Miss Universe India organization was established. Sheynnis has now checked in at Le Méridien, a 5-star hotel in New Delhi. She is expected to stay in the incredible country until May 9. 71st Miss World: Here's where to watch final show livestream

Tonight, Poland's Karolina Bielawska will crown her successor in one of the greatest editions of the Miss World festival ever. The 71st Miss World will take place at India's largest convention center, the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. A total of 112 beauties with a purpose from all corners of the world will compete for the highly coveted title.  The event will be hosted by former Miss World from the Philippines, Megan Young, together with Indian filmmaker and TV personality Karan Johar. Produced by Endemol Shine India, tonight's much-awaited festival will also feature performances from Neha Kakkar, Shaan Mukherji, Tony Kakkar, and former Miss World from Jamaica, Toni-Ann Singh. The 71st Miss World Head-to-Head Challenge was held on February 23 at The Summit Room, Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Five winners have been chosen by the judges based on the Head-to-Head speeches delivered by the contestants. The winners were Botswana (Lesego Chombo), England (Jessica Gagen), Lebanon (Yasmina Zaytoun), Nigeria (Ada Eme), and Zimbabwe (Nokutenda Marumbwa).
