The new Miss Universe Ireland is the founder of Recrowned Ireland, a non-profit women's empowerment and social justice initiative. The 25-year-old beauty has just completed her master's in clinical chemistry and works at University Hospital Galway. Her "Beauty with a Purpose" project focuses on education.
