Miss America 2024 is Madison Marsh of Colorado
Miss Colorado, Madison Marsh, was crowned Miss America 2024 during the national competition held on Sunday, January 14 at the Walt Disney Theater (Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts) in Orlando, Florida. The 22-year-old astrophysicist and pilot made history as the first active-duty Air Force officer to win the Miss America title. She succeeds last year's winner Grace Stanke of Wisconsin. Ellie Breaux of Texas was the first runner-up while Cydney Bridges of Indiana, Mallory Hudson of Kentucky, and Caroline Parente of Rhode Island were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Rounding out the Top 11 were Cori Keller of Arkansas, Courtney Wages of Kansas, Kennedy Taylor of Maryland, Amelia Collins of New York, and Taylor Loyd of North Carolina.
