Miss America 2025 is Abbie Stockard of Alabama

Abbie Stockard from Vestavia Hills, Alabama was crowned Miss America 2025 on Sunday, January 5 at The Walt Disney Theater of the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida. The 22-year-old nursing student and cheerleader at Auburn University beat 51 other contestants to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner, active duty Air Force officer Madison Marsh of Colorado. Annette Addo-Yobo of Texas was named the first runner-up while Carley Jaymes Vogel of Tennessee, Casana Fink of Florida, and Stephanie Finoti of Ohio were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The contestants from Colorado, Alexandra Lotko, Georgia, Ludwig Louizaire, Minnesota, Emily Schumacher, Oklahoma, Lauren Frost, South Carolina, Davis Wash, and Wisconsin, Mandi Jo Genord completed the Top 11 semifinalists. The Miss America 2025 final competition will be held this Sunday, January 5 at The Walt Disney Theater of the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida. You can watch the Miss America as well as Miss America's Teen 2025 preliminary competition, talent competition, gala fashion show, and finals live streaming on PageantVision.com   site. Fifty-two (52) contestants from across the country are vying for the national title. One of them will be crowned by reigning Miss America Madison Marsh at the culmination of this year's pageant. Following several years of hiatus, Puerto Rico has returned to the pageant. In terms of eligibility rules, the pageant only allows unmarried women, and transgender entrants must have fully completed gender affirming surgery from male to female to participate. Miss California 2024 is Kimberly Vernon of Santa Clara County

Bay Area native representing Santa Clara County, Kimberly Vernon, was crowned Miss California 2024 on Saturday, June 15 at the Visalia Convention Center. The 27-year-old artist, educator and advocate for the arts triumphed over 40 other contestants to win the state title during the pageant's 100th anniversary celebration. She succeeds last year's winner Sabrina Lewis and will now prepare to represent California at the Miss America 2025 competition. Mikaela Harris of San Fernando Valley was named first runner-up while Taylor Yamane of Inland Empire, Kirstin Yvonne Bangs of Central California, and Bailey Farren of San Francisco were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.
