Kiwi-Filipina actress Franki Russell has been officially announced as Miss Cosmo New Zealand 2024 and will represent New Zealand at Miss Cosmo 2024. Dubai-based Yugen PR, the license holder for Miss Universe New Zealand, decided to cancel following their non-compliance with a specific order from the Miss Universe Organization. The first ever Miss Cosmo New Zealand is a professional film and television actress who has starred in several movies and TV series in Asia and the Philippines. She is a brand ambassador, social media influencer, model, and cyberbullying advocate. Last May, she walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, the most prestigious film industry event in the world.
