Elda Louise Aznar was crowned Miss CosmoWorld Philippines 2023 in a glittering competition held at the Aliw Theater in Pasay City, Philippines. The 27-year-old beauty representing Davao del Sur bested 20 other competitors to win the national title. She succeeds last year's titleholder and reigning Miss CosmoWorld 2022  Meiji Cruz . Meiji Aculana Cruz of the Philippines beat over 20 other contestants to be crowned Miss CosmoWorld 2022 on Wednesday, November 30 at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. Uzbekistan's Amaliya Shakirova and Thailand's Onnapun Na Chiangmai were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. Zara Amalina of Indonesia and Cecilia Kongwa of Zambia rounded out the Top 5 finalists. The new Miss CosmoWorld is a 28-year-old TV host and brand ambassador.
