Miss England 2024 is Milla Magee from Newquay
Milla Magee was crowned Miss England 2024 (Miss World England) on Friday, May 17 at The Grand Station in Wolverhampton. The 23-year-old qualified beach lifeguard from Newquay, Cornwall bested 39 other contestants to win the national title. She received the crown from her predecessor, the 71st Miss World Top 8 finalist who was awarded the titles Miss World Europe and Miss United Kingdom Jessica Ashley Gagen . Charlotte Grant from Liverpool was named first runner-up while Melissa Butcher from Lancaster finished as the second runner-up. According to her bio, the first-ever "plus-sized" Miss England is passionate about conservation and lifesaving. She went to the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) where she finished with a distinction, has a diploma in Greek Mythology, and can speak Latin.
