Miss Denmark 2023 third runner-up Julie Brink has been officially announced as Miss International Denmark 2023. The 26-year-old law student from Copenhagen will now represent Denmark at Miss International 2023 in Tokyo, Japan this October. She succeeds last year's titleholder Dana Myrvig, No stranger to pageantry, the new Miss International Denmark first participated in Miss Denmark 2021 and bagged the Best Public Speaker award. Miss Denmark Organization headed by its CEO Lisa Lents proudly announced Dana Myrvig as Miss International Denmark 2022 and will head over to the Miss International 2022 in Tokyo, Japan this December. The 26-year-old social educator, activist, and model graduated with a bachelor's degree in social education and a diploma in neuropsychology. She was a finalist in Miss Denmark 2019 and now succeeded Anna Diekelmann, Miss International Denmark 2019. Dana was born in Mali to a Danish father and a Sudanese mother. Over the last six years, she has been passionate about charity and volunteering, especially for disabled people and children, and her biggest dream is to open her own volunteer center. This year's Miss International pageant celebrates its 60th edition and also marks its return after a 2-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
