Miss Teen USA 2024 is Addie Carver from Mississippi

Miss Teen Mississippi, Addie Carver, was crowned Miss Teen USA 2024 on Thursday, August 1 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California. The 17-year-old bested 50 other teens from across the country to become the second contestant from Mississippi to win the national title next to Miss Teen USA 1987 Kristi Addis. This year's competition was televised on The CW network marking the 42nd edition of the annual pageant. Bachelorette star Rachel Lindsay and TV personality Justin Sylvester hosted the show. Former Miss Teen USA Kaliegh Garris and former Miss World America who placed first runner-up at Miss World 2022 Shree Saini were among the distinguished panel of judges. Miss Mississippi USA 2024 is Kaylee Brooke McCollum

Miss Monroe County, Kaylee Brooke McCollum, was crowned Miss Mississippi USA 2024 during the state competition held on Saturday, April 6 at Pearl River Resort in Choctaw. The 22-year-old registered nurse succeeds last year's winner Sydney Russell and will now prepare to represent Mississippi at Miss USA 2024 in California this August. No stranger to pageantry, Kaylee is a former Miss Mississippi Teen USA who placed third runner-up at Miss Teen USA 2019 in Reno, Nevada. "It is such a humbling experience to be chosen from the amazing group of remarkable women I spent the past several days getting to know," she wrote on social media. Sydney Russell, representing Lauderdale County, was crowned Miss Mississippi USA 2023 on Saturday, April 1 at the Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Mississippi. The 24-year-old future pharmacist from Meridian bested 27 other competitors to win the state title. She succeeded last year's winner Hailey White and will now prepare to represent Mississippi at Miss USA 2023 in Reno, Nevada. Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were first runner-up Maggie Ulmer (Heart of Oxford), second runner-up Maddi Lambert (Northwest Mississippi), third runner-up Dana Wesley (West Point), and fourth runners-up Kaylee Brooke McCollum (Monroe County). Arielle Hudson, Jessie Besanson, Malory Williams, Rylie Ozbin, Connor Dowdell, Alexis Carter, Elishia Jones, Lacee Riddell, Erin Broadus, M'Tajia Altman, and Jaycee Drew Janzen were the rest of the Top 16 semifinalists. Miss Mississippi USA 2022 is Hailey White of Southern Magnolia

Miss Southern Magnolia, Hailey White, bested 43 other contestants to be crowned Miss Mississippi USA 2022 in a glittering state competition held on Saturday, April 2 at the Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Mississippi. The 23-year-old beauty from Hattiesburg succeeds last year's winner, Bailey Anderson. She will represent the southern state at the Miss USA 2022 national pageant. Hanna Perrigin of Lowndes County was named the first runner-up while Michaela Lian from South Mississippi finished as the second runner-up.
